Dear Mr. Ashcroft,

I am writing to commend you on the wonderful job you are doing on the murder case of Ron Hard Heart and Wally Black Elk. I just got back from a trip to South Dakota and was happy to see that the murders remain unsolved. As an American citizen I am pleased to see that you are doing something good for this free and wonderful country. Though it saddens me to think that unemployed Native “Americans” on the Pine Ridge Indian reservation actually believe they should receive the same jurisprudence as hard-working citizens, I feel safe and assured knowing there are hard working people like yourself who won’t let that happen. The audacity of Native “Americans” on Pine Ridge is unbelievable! Just because the 1868 Fort Laramie Treaty guarantees protection from “any wrong upon the person or property of the Indians” doesn’t mean we should have to honor it. I mean…after all we didn’t sign that treaty so why should we have to honor it? The same goes for the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Though neither of those documents has my signature or your signature on them, people expect us to respect them. I think that is absolutely absurd! After all why should we be held responsible for the mistakes of our ancestors? If you ask me that good for nothing Custer should have finished the job at the Battle of the Little Big Horn. Now, since he failed, we have to go back and clean up the mess. Worse than that, now days we have to work around unfortunate civil and human rights laws to do it!

I would like to commend the FBI agents that participated in the “investigation” of the murders of Ron Hard Heart and Wally Black Elk. Genius tactics, good police work and dedication has paid off. Fortunately, because of the FBI’s work ethic the “criminal” that killed Ron and Wally still runs free. As far as the “investigation” goes I especially appreciate the fact that the one agent assigned to the case at the beginning did not set up a police line around the bodies of Ron and Wally.

That was a genius tactic used to ensure criminating evidence would be destroyed so that the “criminal” could get away. Thanks to that wonderful piece of police work we can all sleep well at night knowing that the murderer will not be found. I would also like to applaud the political tactic used one week before the Civil Rights Commission in Rapid City. I’m glad you guys had enough sense to send 30 FBI agents to Pine Ridge in order to do a sweep one week before the Civil Rights Commission. Even though the agents were sent 6 months after the murders had taken place I think it was a clever political move and I’m sure you fooled most of America. Unfortunately a few of the smarter mixed breeds and a handful of those long-haired ,liberal, hippie, protesters saw through that one. Even though those terrorists might know it was solely a political move to save face with the media, I wouldn’t be concerned about them. After all they are only Indian loving maggots and I’m sure they will never succeed in bringing “justice” to the “criminal” that killed those two drunken Native “Americans”. Thank you for keeping America clean, thank you for protecting the rights of America’s real citizens, and thank you for ensuring our liberty. Here, I would like to quote the great American aphorism started by greatest American patriot General Philip Sheridan, “the only good Indian is a dead Indian.” Thank you for helping people make Indians good. I for one am truly appreciative.

Sincerely,

Brad Busenius
